An exceptional opportunity exists for a visionary Head of Data Integration to join a forward-thinking organisation. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with deep expertise in modern data platforms and integration strategies, and a passion for unlocking business value through data.
In this role, the successful candidate will:
- Define and lead the organisations data integration strategy across platforms like Ab Initio, Azure, Denodo, SAS, and IBM DB2.
- Build and guide a high-performing team of engineers to deliver robust, scalable data pipelines.
- Ensure data consistency, quality, and compliance across diverse environments, including regulatory domains such as IFRS9, AML, Basel, and BCBS239.
- Collaborate closely with Data Architecture,
- Drive innovation through real-time data streaming, data lake optimisation, and enterprise data warehousing.
- A Masters degree and 710 years experience in senior data integration or
- Strong knowledge of data architecture, governance, and modern data technologies.
- Experience with regulatory reporting requirements and data quality frameworks.
- Certification in data engineering or integration tools would be advantageous.
