  • Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that elevates the companys identity and positioning in the market.
  • Lead the marketing team, providing direction, guidance, and support to achieve departmental goals.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of integrated marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for brand differentiation.
  • Collaborate with product development and sales teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with product offerings.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
  • Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality marketing projects.
  • Foster a culture of creativity and innovation within the marketing team.
  • Represent the brand at industry events and conferences, enhancing visibility and networking opportunities.
RequirementsQualifications and Experience
  • Proven experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably as a Head of Marketing or similar.
  • Strong knowledge of brand strategy development and execution.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decisions.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience in the recruitment or HR industry is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • A passion for innovation and a deep understanding of current marketing trends.
