Job Description

We are in search of a seasoned Head of Beverage Solutions to be responsible for leading the development and execution of the Beverage Solutions strategy in line with the Tsebo Catering strategy. You will be ultimately responsible for all day-to-day management decisions and for implementing the businessxe2x80x99s long and short-term plans.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure Beverage Solutions is appropriately organized and staffed in accordance with strategy xe2x80xa2 Oversee the fiscal activities of the business including budgeting, reporting and audit xe2x80xa2 Assumes full responsibility for growing the business as well as customer retention xe2x80xa2 Strategically engage in sales, new business development and key account activities xe2x80xa2 Management of standards and operations xe2x80xa2 Ensures the business complies with all legal and regulatory laws and regulations. xe2x80xa2 Creates a work environment that recruits, retains and supports quality staff xe2x80xa2 Support Tsebo Solutions Group efforts and initiatives towards achievement and maintaining BEE level 1 xe2x80xa2 Ensure the business delivers to customer promise in accordance with Company`s service standards

Qualifications

• Relevant business degree from a reputable institution, plus post graduate qualification xe2x80xa2Experience in the Catering and or related services industry xe2x80xa215 years at senior management level xe2x80xa2 Demonstrated expertise in Beverage solutions and or Catering solutions deliverage
