Kendrick Recruitment is seeking a Head Guide for a luxury lodge in Kruger National Park. A perfect opportunity for an experienced leader passionate about guiding, guest experience, and conservation.
? Key Responsibilities:
~ Oversee, train, and manage Field Guides according to FGASA and company standards
~ Lead game drives, bush walks, and ecological talks
~ Ensure legal firearm compliance and safe handling
~ Manage safari vehicle maintenance and emergency response
~ Promote wildlife through lodge social media
~ Host guests, engage, and enhance their safari experience
? Requirements:
~ FGASA NQF4 + Lead Trails Guide
~ ARH, Rifle Proficiency, First Aid Level 2
~ Proven experience as a Head Guide or Assistant Head Guide
~ Strong leadership and operational skills
~ Experience with budgeting, lodge operations, and compliance
