We are looking for a visionary Head Enablement within Money Management and Advisory, a collaborative executive leader who thrives on partnering across business functions to shape future-fit solutions.
In this role, you will drive the integration of systems, processes, and technology across our Money Management and Advisory value chain. You will optimise platforms, digitise journeys, and enable front-line teams to deliver world-class client and advisor experiences. With your strong problem-solving mindset, process-thinking, and experience in fintech or technology-led change, you will help us build a seamless, data-driven, and efficient ecosystem.

Experience Required
Personal Banking
Personal and Private Banking
More than 10 years
Experience in financial services operational processes, policies and systems. Experience in dealing with third party suppliers (e.g., Liberty, Stanlib) and internal stakeholders. Understand User Experience (both client and advisor level) and guide the development of platform solutions/capabilities/journeys accordingly.
