• Accountable for delivering sustainable economic profit at income statement level for the SBSA Retail Credit Card portfolio
• To research, develop and manage the product offering and performance to deliver on customer expectations
• To deliver a relevant, cost effective and frictionless value proposition to attract and retain customers
• To manage and maintain the relationships with internal & external strategic partners
• To influence the credit risk decisioning to maximise new account approval rates and to drive collections effectiveness to contain Credit Loss Ratios within stated risk appetite

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

B-degree specializing in Accounting, Finance, Business Economics and/or Marketing. A post graduate/professional qualification will be an added advantage

Experience Required

• A minimum of 8 xe2x80x93 10 years experience of which at least 3 years at a Senior Management level
• Previous banking experience preferably in a product management role
• Experience in product development and management
• Project management experience
• Experience in managing Credit products is an advantage
