Job Summary A newly established Farm-to-Fork Restaurant in the Paarl / Wellington area seeking an a la carte chef who has F2F or foraging experience - busy with functions. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS! Matric Professional Cookery Diploma with HACCP knowledge Must have held a head chef position in a similar operation or been involved in a new restaurant opening The ideal candidate will need to have good staff management skills be able to mange costs and controls Own car and license Resident in the area preferred By applying for this position, candidates agree to provide any additional information requested, in order for Hospitality Exchange to compile a comprehensive Candidate Profile which includes the consultant obtaining a verbal work related references from recent employers, contact details must be provided by candidate Interviews are in person at the establishment.
