This role requires a creative culinary leader with a passion for Mediterranean and tapas cuisine, capable of designing menus, maintaining high standards, and leading a motivated team. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the kitchen, ensuring operational excellence Develop and design a contemporary tapas menu that is creative and high-quality Supervise; mentor, and inspire the kitchen team to deliver consistently exceptional dishes Oversee stock management, ordering, supplier relationships, and food cost control Maintain hygiene, safety, and kitchen operational standards Collaborate with management to ensure a premium guest dining experience Requirements: Proven experience as a Head Chef in fine-dining or contemporary casual dining Strong leadership and team management skills Creative flair and menu development experience Strong organisational, operational, and financial skills Ability to maintain quality and consistency in a fast-paced environment Passion for Mediterranean/tapas-style cuisine
