The property will introduce a refined culinary direction focused on locally inspired, seasonally driven cuisine. Daily changing set menus will highlight quality ingredients, thoughtful preparation, and a dining experience that balances comfort, warmth, and understated sophistication. This role offers an exceptional opportunity for an accomplished culinary professional to lead the creation of a refined yet unpretentious dining experience that captures the essence of place and season. Recognized culinary qualification. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role within boutique lodges or high-end hospitality environments. Passion for locally inspired cuisine and sustainable sourcing. Strong leadership and organizational abilities with a hands-on approach. Excellent communication and team development skills. Curate and execute innovative, daily changing set menus inspired by local ingredients and seasonal availability. Lead and develop a small, dedicated kitchen team focused on excellence, consistency, and creativity. Oversee all aspects of kitchen management including menu development, procurement, hygiene, and cost control. Collaborate with lodge management to ensure culinary alignment with the overall guest experience Stable employment history and contactable references ??
