Hobart SuperSpar - HMR (Home Meal Replacement) Department
We are looking for a
passionate, innovative Chef / Kitchen Manager
to lead and grow ourHome Cooked Meals (HMR)
department as part of our excitingstore revamp and fresh-food focus
.This role is ideal for someone who loves
food, people and creativity
and wants to build ahigh-quality, upmarket ready-meal and catering range
in a busy retail environment.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead the
HMR kitchen and team
Developfresh, ready-to-eat meals and an upmarket product range
Create and managecatering menus, platters and special-occasion food
Train, guide and upskill the kitchen team Overseefood quality, presentation, hygiene and stock control
Driveinnovation, new products and seasonal offerings
We're looking for someone who:
Has
chef or kitchen management experience
(retail/supermarket experience preferred) Iscreative, organised and hands-on
Has apassion for food and people
Canlead, teach and inspire a team
