Brahman Hills, a luxury destination in the heart of the KwaZulu-Natal Midlands, is seeking an exceptional Head Banqueting Chef to oversee our weddings, events, a la carte restaurant, buffets, and room service.

Your Role

Lead a team of 30 kitchen staff including junior and senior sous chefs. Ensure world-class food quality and presentation across all services: weddings, events, buffets, a la carte dining, and room service. Train, mentor, and develop your team to uphold Brahman Hills' standards of excellence. Maintain strict hygiene, safety, and operational standards while driving continuous improvement. Play a key role in creating memorable experiences for weddings and events from 100 to 400+ guests.
What We're Looking For

5+ years' experience in 4- or 5-star hotel or luxury banqueting kitchens. Formal culinary diploma (or higher). Proven experience managing weddings and events of 100-400+ guests. Strong leadership skills with a passion for extraordinary guest experiences.
