Job Description
Maintenance and Repair:
fix leaky faucets, replace light bulbs, repair drywall, and address other common maintenance needs.Installation:
install shelves, curtains, cabinets, and other fixtures, as well as assemble furniture.General Upkeep:
cleaning gutters, painting touch-ups, and adjusting/installing door hinges.Electrical and Plumbing:
handle minor electrical and plumbing issues, such as replacing switches, outlets, and circuit breakers, or fixing leaks.Main areas
: responding to maintenance requests, assessing problems, and providing solutions.Must have a drivers licence
Vehicle is provided
Must be able to work on weekends if required
Mainly work in the Summerstand area
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: R10000,00 - R11000,00 per month
