Job Description
Are you an experienced handyman with a background in the hospitality industry? We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to join our team at a prestigious private villa.
You will be responsible for the following:
- General Repairs: Addressing minor plumbing, electrical, and structural issues.
- Painting and Maintenance: Performing wall painting and touch-up work.
- Carpentry: Handling basic carpentry tasks and repairs.
- Appliance Repairs: Fixing household appliances.
- Lock and Key Maintenance: Ensuring door security.
- Grounds Maintenance: Lawn care and basic landscaping.
- Safety Checks: Identifying and addressing hazards.
- Equipment Management: Organizing tools and supplies.
- Documentation: Maintaining records of work.
- Emergency Response: Assisting with after-hours repairs
- Matric
- Certifications or NQF qualifications (advantageous)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
