We seek a part-time marketing administrator (8am to 1pm or 9am to 2pm), remote with office meetings in Somerset West once a week) who thrives on attention to detail, initiative, organisation and prioritisation. Your ability to write English with excellence is a prerequisite.
Responsibilities:
Admin Duties:
Ad-hoc duties:
Handle ad-hoc requests and queries appropriately.
Create reports & presentations, track statistics from various sources.
Arrange, prepare courier packages.
File important company documentation & CEO receipts for SARS in an orderly, easy-to-understand manner.
CEO personal assistance ad-hoc
Organise team get-togethers - food, accommodation, flights etc as required.
Assist CEO with visa/passport/licence etc renewal applications.
Oversee the setup of all logistics pertaining to new employees.
Assist with various contracts - formatting and creating.
Manage diary and set up meetings and appointments.
Create monthly meeting Powerpoint presentation and send out for updating.
Personal LinkedIn:
Daily check LinkedIn inbox. Respond to queries that do not require CEO input. Inform CEO of the request she personally needs to respond to.
Accept or reject invitations received.
Connect CEO to Client contacts (ongoing build her following and engagement).
Source CEO interesting articles/ideas on LinkedIn for further exposure.
Must be willing to engage with clients on a regular basis.
Be part of the glue for the team.
Marketing Administrator Duties
The Marketing Administrator will assist the Marketing Manager in executing various marketing campaigns and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketing Campaign Support: Assist in setting up and sending marketing campaigns.
2. Content Support: Assist in publishing and editing marketing materials such as testimonials, blogs, newsletters, and website content.
3. Ad-hoc Reporting and Research: Conduct basic market research and analysis to support campaign strategies and identify industry trends. Assist with reports when required.
4. Assist in administering company events like webinars and get togethers.
5. Administrative Duties: Maintain and update marketing design databases, and handle routine administrative tasks.
6. Social Media Scheduling: Support the management of social media accounts, including monthly planning and daily scheduling posts and tracking the performance of posts to add value to building our social media presence.
7. Must be proficient in basic Canva and Google Suite.
KPI's :
Daily social media posts are error-free, on brand strategy and varied (as per schedule).
Social media post scheduling is planned out 2-4 weeks ahead.
Accuracy of information provided when conducting research or reporting.
Bring innovative and new ideas to the marketing team that are actionable and have a positive business impact.
