Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the daily operations of the gym, ensuring a clean, safe, and motivating environment.
Lead and manage a team of trainers, front desk staff, and cleaners.
Drive membership growth and retention through exceptional customer service.
Monitor equipment maintenance, ordering, and inventory control.
Plan and implement marketing strategies and fitness events.
Handle scheduling, budgeting, and monthly performance reports.
Requirements:
Minimum
2 years of experience
in a gym or fitness management role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
Passion for health, fitness, and community building.
First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
Knowledge of gym software and scheduling tools (a plus).
