As Guest Relations Officer, you will be the face of the lodge for arriving guests, managing check-in/check-out, guest itineraries, bookings, and transfers. You'll update guest profiles, handle guest queries and feedback, liaise with reservations, housekeeping, spa, restaurant, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met.
Your role will encompass preparing welcome documentation, assisting with restaurant bookings, managing call logs, executing night-audit handovers, and helping with guest services as required. Attention to detail, strong communication, and warm hospitality are essential.
This 6 month fixed-term position offers immersive experience in high-end guest service, with room to build skills in guest relations, administration, and multi-department coordination.
