Who we are looking for?

Valid driver's license (essential) Should permanently reside in Blouberg or nearby areas such as Table View, Table Bay, Sunningdale, or Parklands. Guest-facing role: handling enquiries, being the first point of contact, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with a professional, friendly manner Strong guest relations skills, including empathy, patience, and effective conflict resolution Ability to multitask and work efficiently in fast-paced, high-pressure environments Relationship management: building and maintaining positive relationships with guests, clients, and external stakeholders IT proficient- experience using software such as Nightsbridge, Booking.com, Airbnb, Lekkeslaap, Excel, and Word Working hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00 (seasonal variations apply); every second weekend required, with weekday time off arranged (maximum 5 working days per week) Willingness to work outside office hours when required; overtime will be remunerated accordingly
