Job Summary ? FOH / Guest Relations - Waterberg, Limpopo ? Horseback Safari Lodge | ? Negotiable, DOE Kendrick Recruitment is looking for a personable and professional Front of House / Guest Relations superstar to join a luxury horseback safari lodge in the Waterberg. If you love creating memorable experiences for international guests, this could be your next role! ? Key Responsibilities: ? Welcome & assist guests, ensuring a personalised experience ? Manage front-of-house operations: reservations, check-ins/outs & daily guest interactions ? Act as primary contact for enquiries, requests & feedback ? Coordinate with lodge staff & guides for smooth operations ? Assist with events, guest activities & VIP requirements ? Maintain high standards of service, professionalism & attention to detail ? Key Requirements: ? Experience in guest relations / FOH / hospitality management (luxury lodge/safari preferred) ? Excellent interpersonal & communication skills ? Team player with ability to work independently ? Experience with international guests is a plus ? Flexible & adaptable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment ?
