What do we offer?

As a Guest Manager, you will be part of a team alongside two other Guest Managers, one Bookings Manager, and the Operational Manager. Your role will involve delivering excellent service to ensure the satisfaction of our guests during their stay in our short-term apartments.

This is a full-time position with the possibility of remote work. Compensation is based on hours worked, with the potential for commission in the future.

guest communication as well as administrative tasks and appointment planning

What are we looking for?

A degree in Tourism or Hotel School Excellent verbal and written English skills Minimum

1 year of experience in customer service within the hospitality sector

Ability to work independently and remotely

Own laptop, mobile phone, and reliable internet connection

Having an inverter or another redundant system to cover power outages Strong social skills and customer-service orientation Ability to set and maintain clear boundaries with both customers and yourself

Responsibilities

As a Guest Manager, you will be responsible for:

Communication with guests from booking to check-out Managing new reservations and handling guest inquiries Resolving issues promptly and coordinating with other departments when needed Performing
