Duties:
Deliver an intuitive, personalized guest experience from check in to departure.
Handle guest reservations, billing, profiles, and correspondence with accuracy and discretion.
Prepare guest lists, itineraries, daily reports and handovers with a meticulous eye for detail.
Manage and maintain administrative systems (Opera, POS, MS Office) with consistency and care.
Support concierge services and assist guests with bespoke recommendations and bookings.
Oversee overnight operations and ensure the property is secure and guest-ready each morning.
Liaise with all departments to ensure smooth daily operations and maintain house and maintain house standards.
Requirements:
Grade 12
Formal Hospitality Qualification preferred.
Minimum 3 Years experience in a 5 star or similar luxury environment
Strong administrative background with excellent computer literacy (Opera, POS, Word, Excel, Outlook).
Sophisticated, service-driven, impeccably organised and naturally hospitable.
Passionate about administrative excellence and organisational systems.
Strong communicator with fluency in English and confidence dealing with international guests.
Highly organised and detail-focused, with strong multitasking abilities.
Knowledgeable about Cape Towns cultural, dining, and leisure offerings.
Flexible to work varied shifts, including nights and weekends.
