Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Hospitality General Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Guesthouse. You will plan and supervise the activities of a diverse workforce to ensure the smooth and profitable running of the company. Day to day Operations of the General Manager
Inspect the grounds, public areas and guest rooms for appearance and cleanliness
Ensure company standards for housekeeping, decor and guest services are met
Coordinate office activities and resolve any problems
Plan activities and allocate responsibilities to achieve the most efficient operating model
Deal with maintenance issues, shortages in staff or equipment, renovations etc.
Collaborate with external parties such as suppliers and travel agencies.
