Managing the day-to-day operations of the guesthouse
Handling reservations, guest check-ins and check-outs
Supervising housekeeping and maintenance staff
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Managing payments, invoices, and basic administrative duties
Providing exceptional customer service and resolving guest queries
Assisting in marketing and promoting the guesthouse
Requirements:
Previous experience in hospitality or guesthouse management (advantageous)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
Professional, reliable, and able to work independently
Flexible to work weekends and during busy periods
