JOB TITLE & PURPOSE OF THE JOB

Purpose of the job:

The main activities are to support the GSI SOurcing Key User, with data cleansing operations, to communicate on changes, to perform end-users & newcomers training on processes, business rules and tools. The Key User has sound knowledge of current practices and new processes. This role is part of the the local process ambassadors of the sourcing functional stream and has a critical role when it comes to implementing new GSI Core Model.

ACCOUNTABILITIES & AUTHORITIES

• MAIN RESPONSABILITIES & ACTIVITIES
• Provide in-depth knowledge on local business processes
• Confirm data scope, extraction, cleanse & prepare data according to plan, validate conversions & loads
• Test new functionalities and raise incidents or defects
• Communicate on changes to local management and end-users
• Adapt / create on-site training material and documentation
• Perform power users (if any) and end-users training
• Contribute to cutover plan elaboration and execute plan
• Confirm business roles with needed authorizations
• Ensure the appropriate support to end-users post Go Live
• Contribute to functional stream continuous improvement (provide counterparts with good practices...)

EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCES

Experience

Mandatory:

• minimum 5 years working experience in sourcing environment
• Previous experience in ERP implementation focusing on procurement scope
• Manufacruing /production / engienering environment knowledge

Desirable

• Continuous Improvement awareness
• Experience in end-users training
• Project Management or Change Management

Educational Requirements

Mandatory:

• Diploma with CIPS qualification preferred
• Experience in impacted stream such as procurement of supply chain will be considerd as suppliment to the qualification level
