Role Purpose

Driving enterprise-wide value creation through the strategic application of AI, including generative AI, across the Group's technology platforms. This role bridges business strategy and AI capabilities to accelerate intelligent operations, enhance decision-making, and foster innovation in line with Momentum Group's digital transformation goals.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, IT, engineering, or related field
Minimum 3 years in AI, machine learning, or data science, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven experience in deploying AI solutions in enterprise environments, preferably within financial services or large-scale IT operations.
Expertise in ML, NLP, computer vision, and model operations.
Strong understanding of LLMs and generative AI technologies.
Ability to translate business needs into AI solutions.
Knowledge of AI ethics and responsible AI practices.

Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and execute a phased AI strategy aligned with Momentum Group Technology roadmap.
Lead adoption of LLMs and generative AI solutions.
Ensure scalable integration of AI into existing infrastructure and workflows.
Establish and enforce AI governance and risk frameworks.
Build AI literacy and maturity across business and IT teams.
Deliver measurable business outcomes through AI transformation initiatives.
