Job Description
Job Summary This role involves handling inquiries, preparing quotes, managing availability, and ensuring seamless communication between clients, properties, and internal teams. The ideal candidate is organized, enjoys problem-solving, and has a passion for delivering excellent guest service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle group booking inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
- Prepare accurate quotes and group booking proposals
- Coordinate with properties to confirm availability and special requirements
- Maintain up-to-date records in reservation systems
- Build strong relationships with travel agents, corporate clients, and tour operators
- Support revenue goals through efficient booking management and upselling where applicable
- Experience in hospitality or travel industry reservations (group bookings preferred)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and multitasking ability
- Proficiency in reservation systems and Microsoft Office
- Customer-centric approach with a problem-solving mindset
