Role Responsibilities:
Lead the full procurement and supply chain function, ensuring best value and operational excellence.
Drive group-wide strategies that improve cost efficiency, supplier performance and service delivery.
Oversee IT systems, digital roadmaps and cybersecurity to support future-ready operations.
Manage stock, logistics networks, and cross-border trade while maintaining smooth warehouse operations.
Partner with stakeholders to support tenders and projects with smart supply chain solutions.
Ensure compliance with governance, sustainability, and B-BBEE procurement requirements.
Mentor and inspire teams across multiple countries to deliver high performance.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Management (or equivalent).
10+ years' experience leading at a senior level in procurement/supply chain.
Proven success in supplier negotiations and strategic cost management.
Solid understanding of IT systems, ERP platforms and digital transformation.
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
