This is your chance to step into a Group Procurement Manager role where you'll oversee Procurement, Logistics, Warehousing and IT Systems across Southern Africa. Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the full procurement and supply chain function, ensuring best value and operational excellence.
- Drive group-wide strategies that improve cost efficiency, supplier performance and service delivery.
- Oversee IT systems, digital roadmaps and cybersecurity to support future-ready operations.
- Manage stock, logistics networks, and cross-border trade while maintaining smooth warehouse operations.
- Partner with stakeholders to support tenders and projects with smart supply chain solutions.
- Ensure compliance with governance, sustainability, and B-BBEE procurement requirements.
- Mentor and inspire teams across multiple countries to deliver high performance.
- Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement or Business Management (or equivalent).
- 10+ years' experience leading at a senior level in procurement/supply chain.
- Proven success in supplier negotiations and strategic cost management.
- Solid understanding of IT systems, ERP platforms and digital transformation.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel regionally and internationally.
