Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum 10+ years' experience in a senior marketing management role
• Industry experience within automotive parts, aftermarket, warehousing, logistics, or distribution will be a strong advantage
• Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies in a fast-paced, operationally driven environment
• Strong leadership and people management experience, including managing multi-disciplinary marketing teams
• Solid understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, email campaigns, social media, and performance analytics
• Experience managing marketing budgets, tracking ROI, and reporting on campaign performance
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with a data-driven decision-making approach
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and modern marketing platforms (CRM systems, analytics tools, social media platforms)
• Energetic, results-driven, and able to thrive in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment
