An exciting opportunity has just become available in our Ucademy Team for a Group Manager based in Cape Town.The vision of Ucademy is to be the leading BPO Leadership and Skills Development Academy in South Africa.

We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, results-orientated individual who is deeply passionate about learning xe2x80x93 from building job readiness skills in new entrants to the world of work to delivering learnerships and talent development programmes. Strong facilitation and coaching skills, assessor and/or moderator registration, customer and learner centricity and excellent interpersonal skills are non-negotiable requirements for the position.

The position in a nutshell: Facilitation of accredited and non-accredited learning programmes across all levels, coaching and supporting learners, conducting assessments and moderation in alignment with the Ucademy QMS and SETA regulations, measuring the impact of learning interventions.

Key responsibilities will include:

Facilitationxe2x80xa2 Ensure thorough preparation for all facilitation activities:xe2x80xa2 Facilitate accredited and non-accredited programmes including completion and remediation of formative assessment activitiesxe2x80xa2

Coach, guide and support learners including structure and quality of portfolios of evidencexe2x80xa2 Complete accurate and detailed administration including attendance registers, annual training reports, learner feedback forms, facilitator reports

Assessment and Moderationxe2x80xa2 Conduct outcomes based assessment in compliance with the QMS and SETA requirements

Evaluate summative assessments using the VACS assessment principlesxefx82xa7 Provide written and/or verbal feedback to the learnersxefx82xa7Remediate assessmentsxe2x80xa2 Conduct moderation of outcomes based assessments in compliance with the QMS and SETA regulationsxe2x80xa2

Complete accurate and detailed administration including assessment feedback documents, assessor and moderator reports, portfolio tracking templates, learner results trackers

Learning Impact Measurementxe2x80xa2

Measure the impact of learning interventions:xe2x80xa2

Complete, collect and capture learner feedback forms after facilitationxe2x80xa2

Facilitate completion and capture Voice of the Learner feedback with learners four weeks after training per group respectivelyxe2x80xa2

Compile and communicate ROI reports.xe2x80xa2

Compile client reports.

Instructional Designxe2x80xa2

Update existing learning materialxe2x80xa2

Quality assure existing contentxe2x80xa2

Ensure content is fit for purpose and manageablexe2x80xa2

Contextualise case studies and activities to ensure relevancexe2x80xa2

Ensure the assessment tools are valid and appropriate

Project Managementxe2x80xa2

Plan and manage implementation of allocated projects within budget, time and resource parametersxe2x80xa2

Maintain professional communication and relationships with clients, service providers and learnersxe2x80xa2

Identify, mitigate and escalate risksxe2x80xa2

Ensure compliance with QMS, SETA regulations and applicable legislative requirements at all timesxe2x80xa2

Complete accurate and detailed administration including updated project plans, risk logs

Evaluate formative assessments to determine learner progress and identify gaps during facilitation process

Conduct assessments

Give feedback and remediate assessments

Compile facilitator, assessor and moderator reports

Evaluate the effectiveness of learning interventions and make recommendations for improvement

Report on insights and value add of learning interventions

Design and develop learning materials and assessment tools aligned to learning outcomes

Quality assure developed learning materials

Qualifications

Matric/Grade 12 Certificatexe2x80xa2

Relevant NQF 6 Qualificationxe2x80xa2

Skills and attributes required:xe2x80xa2

Minimum 5 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as a facilitator, with 3 yearsxe2x80x99 experience facilitating accredited learning programmes (in person and virtual facilitation)xe2x80xa2

Minimum 2 years conducting assessment of accredited learning programmes.xe2x80xa2

Computer literacy (MS Office) at an intermediate to advanced levelxe2x80xa2

Advanced proficiency in delivering high impact facilitationxe2x80xa2

High proficiency in verbal and written Englishxe2x80xa2

Strong communication and interpersonal skillsxe2x80xa2

Exceptional planning, organising and time management skillsxe2x80xa2

High attention to detail and accuracyxe2x80xa2

Advanced proficiency in conducting and moderating outcomes based assessments (preferable)xe2x80xa2

The ability to adapt facilitation style to accommodate various learning styles and providing training a various platforms
