Job Description
Responsibilities:
Monthly Reporting:
Co-ordinate reporting requirements with Group Financial Manager and other functions.
Consolidation and distribution of monthly internal management packs within deadlines.
Compile monthly financial reports in required format within deadlines.
Compile reports for local joint venture in USA holding company report formats.
Oversee reporting and balance sheet recons for Zambian entity.
Quarterly Reporting:
Compile quarterly financial reports for review within deadlines.
Liaise with various functions to collate information.
STATS SA reporting.
Update forecast reports.
Other:
Continuously confirm tax compliance for all entities.
Annual tax returns and provisional tax payments.
Investigate and assess all current and new IFRS and local tax regulations with relevant impact on group.
Insurance declarations and supporting information and calculations.
