Job Description


THE strong leadership of a highly strategic and customer-centric IT professional is sought to fill the role of a Group IT Reporting & Administration Manager for a dynamic Consultancy in Cape Town. Your core role will be to oversee a team responsible for providing IT data insights towards the business and Group IT stakeholders, monitoring and supporting contract management, procurement processes and providing administrative support to Group IT. The successful incumbent must possess a suitable University Degree or equivalent tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant working experience of at least 2-3 years proven experience in Financial Administration, Contract Management and Procurement Processes, Business Intelligence, or related roles with leadership and managerial responsibilities. You will also need require solid knowledge of financial management principles and processes & be familiar with business processes and IT systems and infrastructure within the contact centre environment.

DUTIES:

  • Manage a team of IT Reporting and Administration Specialists providing guidance and support.
  • Ensure the necessary tools are in place to deliver IT reporting, and data analysis insights to the organisation.
  • Drive the regular and scheduled delivery of all agreed IT operational and project-related reports.
  • Prepare executive reports for stakeholders.
  • Maintain and monitor the contracts and license renewal schedule.
  • Lead the RFP process for Group IT suppliers including RFP documents, Board Papers, and Contracts coordination.
  • Steer the Group IT procurement process, including the alignment of requirements and adherence to compliance with Group IT Departments.
  • Develop and implement financial management processes for IT projects, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
  • Monitor project expenditures and ensure adherence to budgetary guidelines.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide financial analysis and reporting.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization and efficiency improvement.
  • Maintain and drive compliance to internal IT processes and upgrade schedules across Group IT.
  • Implement and control a regular process review with Group IT management.
  • Perform other duties consistent with the position.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • University Degree in a relevant discipline or other equivalent tertiary qualification or equivalent relevant working experience.
  • 2-3 Years proven experience in Financial Administration, Contract Management and Procurement Processes, Business Intelligence, or related roles with leadership and managerial responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of financial management principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with business processes and IT systems and infrastructure within the contact centre environment.
