Position OverviewTo support the Group Executive responsible for Human Capital in developing, implementing and managing group-wide HR programmes and deliverables, ensuring data integrity, compliance with reporting standards and alignment with strategic objectives.
Specific Role ResponsibilitiesGroup HR Capital

  • Contribute to divisional HR strategy formulation and enable organisation wide adoption
  • Monitor the implementation of divisional and group HR Strategies, tactics and initiatives aligned with the overall strategy
  • Assist in the development and maintenance of appropriate Group Employee value proposition frameworks, policies and partnerships
  • Provide a Human Capital technology capability to the organisation
  • Develop and implement group led Human Capital projects relating to Talent management
  • Maintain compliance and manage external stakeholder relationships with applicable regulators, government departments and service providers
Group HR Reporting
  • Assist in preparing group reports and presentations for internal and external
  • Gather, analyse, and validate data from internal teams and operational HR business units to ensure accurate
  • Ensure timely submission of reports for key
  • Maintain and improve reporting templates for efficiency and
People Management
  • Create an engaging, enabling and productive work climate aligned to the employee value proposition.
  • Provide development and leadership support to direct reports in order to achieve departmental and employee objectives.

Qualifications and ExperienceHonour's degree in Human Resources or a related field10+years experience in a similar environment of which 3 years at management levelExperience within motor and motor related industry and holding company environment is a plus.
Skills and Personal AttributesTechnical Skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Knowledge of Labour law and HR best practices
  • Strong ability to analyse and present complex data
Soft Skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Able to build mutually beneficial relationships to promote the achievement of the organisations strategic objectives
  • Strong organisational abilities with a focus on meeting
