Job Summary Minimum Requirements:
- CA(SA)
- 4-5 years post article experience including Operations, Management, and Group responsibilities.
- Operations experience crucial
- Retail, Shared-Services, Franchise industries are preferable.
- Working experience as Group Finance professional.
- XERO non-negotiable / PaySpace Advantageous.
- Technical accounting
- Best business practices
- Daily finances of multiple practices managed as separate business units
- Monthly group reporting
- Design and implement systems for operations leverage
- Controls and internal procedures
- SARS correspondence
- Cash flow management
- Legislative compliance
- Financial Accounting
- Governance and Internal Controls
- People Management
- Interpreting operational needs
- Work in conjunction with operations to improve financial results
