Minimum Requirements:

  • CA(SA)
  • 4-5 years post article experience including Operations, Management, and Group responsibilities.
  • Operations experience crucial
  • Retail, Shared-Services, Franchise industries are preferable.
  • Working experience as Group Finance professional.
  • XERO non-negotiable / PaySpace Advantageous.

  • Technical accounting
  • Best business practices
  • Daily finances of multiple practices managed as separate business units
  • Monthly group reporting
  • Design and implement systems for operations leverage
  • Controls and internal procedures
  • SARS correspondence
  • Cash flow management
  • Legislative compliance
  • Financial Accounting
  • Governance and Internal Controls
  • People Management
  • Interpreting operational needs
  • Work in conjunction with operations to improve financial results
