Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and inspire our finance team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Lead and oversee financial planning, cash management, and risk management.
- Control and evaluate fundraising strategies and capital structure.
- Ensure smooth cash flow and operational support.
- Deliver accurate and timely forecasting, reporting packs, and Board updates.
- Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and governance standards.
- Take charge of company secretarial matters and safeguard contractual agreements.
- Education: CA(SA)
- Experience: Strong background in a group
- 5-10 years as a CFO/Group Financial Manager/a senior finance role, in a group environment
- Skills: Xero, CaseWare, and Excel
- A dynamic leader with proven financial expertise, excellent stakeholder management, and the vision to guide our company's financial growth
