Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources
  • Valid driver's license
  • Computer skills in all packages
  • 5-10 years experience in HR or ER roles, with significant experience in unionized environments
  • Proven track record in wage bargaining
  • Proven track record in CCMA / Bargaining Council representation
  • Strong negotiation & mediation skills
  • In-depth knowledge of Labour Laws & Recognition Agreements
  • In-depth knowledge of Mine Health and Safety Act & Occupational Health and Safety Act
  • Fluent in English ( written and spoken )
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Report writing and presentation skills
