Looking for a highly skilled and experienced Group Consolidation Manager who is a to join our team in Johannesburg North. As the Group Consolidation Manager, you will play a critical role in overseeing the financial consolidation process, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our group financial statements.

Duties:

• Ensuring statutory compliance to IFRS, IAS, Companies Act and financial Legislation
• Providing accurate and timely financial information to both group internal and external stakeholders
• Preparation of annual financial statements including consolidated statements and accounts preparation for approval by the Company, Holding Company and its subsidiaries, complying to international Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
• Prepare financial accountants and management reports for internal and external stakeholder
• Continuous improvement of reporting standards, implementation of new standards in terms of IFRS and the development of control systems
• Compilation of consolidated reports and preparation of the consolidated budget and forecasts
• Assisting with and compiling of budget and forecasts
• Ensuring statutory compliance to IFRS, IAS, Companies Act and financial Legislation
• Prepare financial accountants and management reports for internal and external stakeholder

Job Experience & Skills Required:

Qualifications:

• Matric (Grade 12)
• BCom
• BCom Honours
• CA(SA) non negotiable

Experience:

• Completed SAICA Articles
• 5 / 8 yearsxe2x80x99 experience in a consolidation role
• 3 Years in a management role
• Must have a keen interest on IFRS and Reporting
• SAP EXPERIENCE A MUST!!

Skills & Competencies:

• Proven experience in financial consolidation and reporting.
• Strong financial analysis and modeling skills.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting standards.
• Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
• Passion for sustainability and corporate responsibility.
