Position: ERP Manager CA(SA)
Location: Durban
Salary: Depends on experience
The ERP Manager will be the bridge between Finance and IT. This is not a typical finance reporting and compliance role but is operationally focused around implementing processes, controls and procedures to optimise and standardise activities and to support the roll out of a new systems, to manage warehouse and manufacturing activities across the group. The ERP Manager will be responsible for overseeing the optimisation and system implementation projects in line with the company's policies, industry best practices, relevant laws and regulations.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Assist the FD/COO to implement daily finance functions
- ERP system implementation
- Project Management
- Lead a team of IT professionals
- System configuration and maintenance
- Data Management
- Implement controls
- Ensure compliance
- System optimization
- Budgeting and working capital management around the ERP projects
- Document process flows
- Report to IT Steering committee
- User training and support
- Address ad hoc queries from businesses and suppliers where required
- Qualified Chartered Accountant CA(SA)
- Project Management skill
- Proven experience in ERP implementation and management
- Leadership ability
- Knowledge of data security and compliance
- SQL
- Analytical skills
