The Opportunity
Scale Shore Consulting is looking for a proactive and detail-driven Group Campaign Executive to plan, execute, and optimise outbound and lifecycle marketing campaigns across the entire group.
This role sits at the heart of demand generation and customer engagement, owning email marketing, cold outreach, social outreach (primarily LinkedIn), customer retention campaigns, and product launch communications.
You will work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the right message reaches the right audience at the right time - supporting pipeline generation, customer retention, and product adoption across multiple brands and audiences.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, understands B2B communication, and can manage multiple campaigns simultaneously without losing attention to detail.
What You Will Do
Outbound & Cold Outreach Campaigns
Build and execute cold outreach campaigns via email and outreach platforms.
Support social outreach activity, primarily LinkedIn, aligned to campaign objectives.
Segment prospect lists and tailor messaging by audience, product, and vertical.
Monitor engagement and optimise messaging to improve response and conversion rates.
Customer Email Marketing
Own email campaigns to our existing customer base promoting products, services, and upgrades.
Deliver structured lifecycle and retention campaigns throughout product and software lifecycles.
Support cross-sell and upsell activity through targeted, relevant messaging.
Ensure communications are timely, clear, and value-led rather than sales-heavy.
Product & Service Launches
Own campaign messaging and content for new product and service launches.
Coordinate launch communications across email, outreach, and social channels.
Work with internal stakeholders to understand propositions and translate them into compelling customer-facing messaging.
Ensure consistency of messaging across all group brands.
Group-Wide Campaign Support
Deliver campaigns across all group brands including wholesale, comms, IT, security, and consumer.
Adapt tone, content, and messaging to suit different audiences and buying personas.
Maintain brand consistency while tailoring campaigns to individual business units.
Campaign Planning, Reporting & Optimisation
Support campaign planning calendars and execution timelines.
Track performance metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, replies, and conversions.
Provide insights and recommendations to improve future campaigns.
Maintain clean data, lists, and campaign documentation.
Additional Responsibilities
Support marketing automation and nurture journeys where appropriate.
Collaborate with sales teams to align campaigns with commercial priorities.
Test subject lines, messaging frameworks, and outreach formats.
Stay up to date with best practices in email deliverability, outreach tools, and engagement tactics.
What We Are Looking For
Experience in email marketing, outbound campaigns, or demand generation.
Comfortable using email platforms, outreach tools, and CRM systems.
Strong written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone by audience.
Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple campaigns at once.
Data-driven mindset with attention to detail.
Experience in B2B technology, telecoms, IT, or SaaS is advantageous.
Proactive, reliable, and comfortable working across multiple brands and stakeholders.
