About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven
Lead Generation Campaign Executive
to support our marketing and sales teams by identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients. You will be responsible for managing outbound and inbound lead generation activities, running targeted campaigns, and ensuring a strong pipeline of high-quality leads.
This role is ideal for someone with strong communication skills, a data-driven mindset, and experience in campaign coordination or lead generation.
Key Responsibilities
Execute and manage daily lead generation activities across phone, email, social, and digital platforms.
Qualify leads according to campaign criteria and hand off to the sales team when appropriate.
Maintain accurate records of interactions, lead status, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
Maintain a professional, customer-centric approach at all times.
Requirements
Previous experience in lead generation, telesales, telemarketing, or campaign support.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs.
Confident using CRM platforms and lead-generation tools.
Ability to work independently and manage workflow during extended working hours (11 AM - 9 PM).
Positive attitude, resilience, and a strong work ethic.
