Group Accountant (must Have Logistics/ Courier Experience)

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Compiling of monthly Shareholders packs
- Working with the Business Units on monthly reporting packs
- Group cash flow reporting and management
- Group Consolidations (consolidating about 8 entities)
- Due Diligence process if required
- Compiling of investment papers for potential acquisitions
- Supply a support function to start up companies or new acquisitions
- Management of Group P&L
- Evaluating business processes on the Business units to improve efficiencies and profitability
- Working with BUs on the distribution daily/weekly dashboards
- External and audit management and assistance
- Budget planning and assistance with BU and Group budget process
Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting Degree.
Completed Articles training to become a Chartered Accountant will be preferred.
CA(SA) recommended.
Experience in financial accounting field.
Logistics or courier business experience.
South African citizen with clear criminal record
