Job Experience & Skills Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting o
- Professional accounting qualification CA(SA)
- Proven experience in group accounting, preferably within the property sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and consolidations
- Lead the consolidation process for the group's financial statements
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Analyze and interpret financial data for management reporting
- Collaborate with finance teams across different business units
