Our client is a growing concern that operates within multiple industry sectors however their predominant focus is within the property space. They are recruiting for a Group Accountant that will be responsible for the consolidated statements of the group. Experience in real estate investment trust will be advantageous.
Duties:
- Budgets
- Forecasts
- Consolidations
- Preparation of annual financial statements
- Statutory reporting
- IFRS
- Management reporting
- Tax
- CA(SA)
- 2 to 3 years experience within commercial property
