As the Group Accountant, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of group financial reporting while contributing to strategic business decisions. You'll be responsible for:
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing group consolidations across multiple entities and currencies
- Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in compliance with IFRS
- Overseeing foreign currency transactions, forex exposure, and hedging processes
- Collaborating closely with the CFO and finance leadership on group reporting and budgeting
- Driving process improvements and leveraging SAP to streamline reporting and efficiency
- CA (SA) qualification
- 1-2 years' post-articles experience in a group reporting or consolidations environment
- Solid exposure to multi-currency consolidations, forex management, and/or SAP
