Job Description
Job & Company Description:
The successful incumbent will be responsible for executing all group related finance functions and act as the right-hand person for the Group CFO (South Africa/Namibia/Mozambique/United Kingdom/Germany).
Duties Include:
- Compile monthly shareholders packs
- Work with business units on monthly reporting packs
- Group cash flow reporting and management
- Group consolidations
- Due diligence process if required
- Compile investment papers for potential acquisitions and supply support to start up companies or acquisitions
- Management group P&L
- Evaluate business processes on business units to improve efficiencies and profitability
Qualified CA(SA)
Job Experience & Skills Required:
- 3 to 4 years post articles experience in a group role
- Logistics or courier industry experience
- Strong understanding of BI tools (data analysis)
- Foreign currency and transactional exposure
- Expert Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong consolidations experience
- Strong understanding of financial business processes
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Deadline driven
