Job Summary

Hire Resolve's client is seeking a Group Accountant for the Financial Services industry. As a Group Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial activities of the company, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial reports to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee the financial activities of the company, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting principles.
• Develop and maintain internal control policies and procedures.
• Monitor cash flow and manage banking relationships.
• Prepare financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
• Analyze financial data and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent) is preferred.
• Minimum of X years of experience in a similar role in the Financial Services industry.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in financial analysis and forecasting.
• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
