Job Description

Job Summary Conduct monthly intercompany reconciliations, diligently resolving any discrepancies between entities before month-end close. Calculate IFRS 16 lease journals and meticulously maintain the lease register, ensuring accurate booking of lease accounting entries in alignment with IFRS 16. Generate monthly Variance Analysis template files and oversee the timely submission by local entities. Compile a monthly revenue by-client report for comprehensive financial insights. Conduct monthly reviews and in-depth analysis of actuals reports for non-complex entities (P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash flow), ensuring strict compliance with IFRS and Group accounting policies. Provide crucial support in preparing accurate consolidation entries, ensuring thorough documentation for audit purposes on all Group transactions. Assist in the preparation of monthly Group headline and non-headline consolidated results, encompassing Income Statement, Balance sheet, and Cash flow. Prepare data and draft presentations for the monthly Board Report, presenting key financial insights. Collaborate with the Group Finance Systems team to develop new reporting formats and analytical tools, fostering enhanced compliance and efficiency. Support the ongoing development of Group accounting policies, ensuring alignment with evolving business needs. Prepare interim and full-year Group statutory reports, adhering to regulatory requirements. - Generate investor relations reports to communicate financial performance effectively. Prepare local statutory accounts, ensuring timely filing and reconciliation to the group consolidation system. Undertake ad hoc analyses as needed to provide valuable financial insights.
