Job Description

A client of ours, in the sought-after financial services industry, is seeking a Group Accountant. They are a long-standing, well-established company, with a multinational footprint. Their finance department across the group is constantly growing. If you have a completed degree with at least 3 years of experience performing group accounting, please send us your CV.

(Including but not limited to):
Process monthly accounting transactions
Control supplier payments
Intercompany billing and customer ledger management
Create monthly schedules for shareholder and intercompany loans
Update the calculations for income tax and deferred tax
Send the currency sheet each month
Create monthly reconciliations of the balance sheet
Create management accounts each month
Create a monthly cash flow forecast
Create yearly budget
Assisting subordinate accountants
Ascertain that all accounting records are kept in compliance with IFRS and group accounting principles

Qualifications and experience required:
Finance degree
At least 3 years of experience performing group accounting
