What are we looking for?
Bachelor degree or Diploma - Marketing or Business related degree
10 yearsxe2x80x99 experience as National Key Account Manager in FMCG or other such related roles
Commercial acumen
Proven negotiation and selling skills
Advanced communication skills
Conflict management experience
Proven track record in managing a team
What will be your key responsibilities?
Be category partner of choice with the customers
Own customer plans/Joint Business plans with account to boost category growth, sales, customer market shares and margin
Own the customer P&L to deliver on target business shape
Responsible for the annual trading terms of all customers in scope
Own Customer volume forecast accuracy (baseline, NPD and promo) other channels: identifying new business opportunities
Lead, coach and develop a team of Customer Development Managers
Through sales analysis provide the business with data insights and analytics required to run their business.
Drive compliance to Mars QMP (Quality Management Processes) standards

Own category and brand execution in-store at account in the context of Perfect Store by :
Delivering the right assortment and NPD meeting target WD levels
Develop a tailored promo/support plan in line with the segment requirements
Creating great visibility on shelf, and off shelf (e.g. POI) --
customer/channel specific
