Location: Johannesburg (Rosebank)
Work model: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 2 days at home)
Salary: R60 000 R70 000 CTC

Theyre looking for a visionary Group Account Director to drive client success, lead a talented team, and shape bold, effective campaigns.
What the job involves..
Acting as strategic lead for key accounts building strong, trusted client relationships
Identifying growth opportunities and leading account expansion efforts
Developing multi-channel strategies that drive business results
Overseeing campaign delivery across creative, PR and digital
Leading and mentoring Account Directors and senior team members
Collaborating across departments to drive alignment and performance
Keeping ahead of industry trends and translating them into fresh ideas for clients
Managing account budgets and ensuring profitability
Leading new business pitches and proposals
Representing the agency in high-level client meetings and at industry events
What you need to be considered..
10+ years experience in account management - must have PR experienec!
Proven ability to manage complex, integrated campaigns (experience in tech, FMCG or retail a plus)
Strong leadership track record able to inspire and develop teams
Experience growing and retaining major client relationships
Confident presenting to senior stakeholders and in new business scenarios
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field
